Up, Up and away

Let's go fly a kite!

Place the pole inside the 2 black pieces on either side of the kite (on the back side).  THis will help it hold its shape. tie the string onto the small flap on the front.  find a fun place up high to hang the kite (extra string included to hang it) and then lead the string down to where the elf can sit. Put the handle in the elf's lap/hands.  leave the markers and card next to him.  the kids can use the markers to color in the kite and then take it out to fly!
