place the clear band over his legs and move it up closer to his waist. pull the slinky apart and move a few rings of it up his legs to his knees. bend his legs back and then slide the clear band back down to hold his legs together over the slinky. Place the other end of the slinky up somewhere high for the elf to hang from and put the card below him.  add in some "friends' to watch or you could add your elf's favorite snack below him for him to try and grab on his way down!
